The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is advising the public that the outpatient lab and x-ray services at the Clinton Public Hospital will be unavailable from 9am until 1pm on August 30 due to a planned power outage.
The outage is for an upgrade to the hospital’s electrical distribution system and only essential services will be available.
If a patient has a physician requisition for blood work that must be completed on August 30, they can visit the Seaforth Community Hospital Lab or visit another community laboratory test provider.
If a patient has a physician requisition for an x-ray, they may come to the hospital from 8am to 9am, or after 1pm, or visit the Seaforth Community Hospital or another X-ray service provider.
