The province’s Special Investigations Unit is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 45-year-old man in Kincardine.
The OPP responded to a call early Wednesday morning to a domestic incident in the area of Side Road 10 and South Line. After an investigation, officers went to a second home at Lake Range Drive and Concession Road 10.
Police spoke with a 45-year-old man at the residence and then left.
Then around 8:30 a.m., 911 received a call regarding a man in distress at that second home.
The man was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Four investigators and one forensic investigator have been assigned to this incident.
