The Wellington County OPP continue to investigate after a fatal collision near Kenilworth.
On Monday at 6:30 pm, a head-on collision occurred on Highway 6 north of Kenilworth between an SUV and a sedan.
The driver of the southbound SUV was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified as Wade Brodie, 31, of West Grey Township.
The 21-year-old driver of the sedan, a Holland Centre native, was taken to local hospital and later transferred to a trauma centre with serious injuries.
