Police have released the names of two men who were found dead in Collingwood.
The two deceased males have been identified as Dean Copkov, 52, and Donovan Bass, 42, both of Wasaga Beach, Ontario.
Officers with the Collingwood and the Blue Mountains Detachment of the OPP are continuing an investigation following an altercation shortly after midnight Tuesday at a residence on Georgian Blue in Collingwood.
A 57-year-old male has been arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree murder and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice-Collingwood on January 29. Cameron Gardiner remains in custody.
Investigators are continuing their efforts to identify a third unknown male, believed to have been at the residence at the time of the incident.
With the assistance of OPP Central Region Crime Unit, and OPP Forensic Identification Services (FIS), the investigation continues under the direction of Detective Inspector Paula Milne, OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB).
