Lansink earns 8 points in Cyclones victory

Holdyn Lansink scored four times and set up four more in the Listowel Cyclones 11-1 drubbing of Brantford.

Lansink's big night overshadowed rookie Trent Verbeek first hat trick with the Cyclones. Verbeek also had an assist in the win. Brayden Krieger and Chayse Herrfort also had four point nights with a goal and three assists each.

The Cyclones were 3-4 on the power play.

Troy Andrews had the 99ers lone goals, scoring midway through the first on the power play assisted by Ryan Mulholland.

Other scorers for Listowel: Rylan Bowers and Steven Grant.

Riley McCabe had to stop just 14 shots in the win. Kevin Donaghey made 19 saves for Brantford.
