Local police and firefighters will meet in a battle on the ice this weekend for charity.
The Perth County OPP and Perth County Firefighters will square off on Saturday, March 9th at the Mitchell Community Centre to play a charity hockey game that will raise funds for Victim Services Bruce Grey Perth. Admission is by cash donation or non-perishable food items.
Prior to the game there will be a free family skate from 4:45 until 5:45, with the game dubbed Guns and Hoses taking place at 6:00.
Victim Services Bruce Grey Perth is dedicated to providing short-term emotional support, practical assistance and referrals to long term services to victims of crime and tragic circumstance.
