A performance in Goderich will feature four presentations dealing with people's connection with home.
The presentation is called New Histories/Old Roots and is being staged at the Livery Theatre.
Co-Director Sinead Cox said they will all deal with the feelings of being rooted and uprooted from home.
“So the feeling of being deeply rooted in a place, the feeling of being uprooted, or taken away from home," said Cox. "So all of the four pieces will speak to what it means to have a home and feel connected or disconnected to your history of your home.”
The four presentations will be framed in different styles.
“We have really diverse artists from all around the world and they all have different performance styles so we are going to see theatre, we're going to see short film, poetry and we're going to see drumming and singing, so four different performance styles, four different performances,” added Cox.
New Histories/Old Roots is March 23 at the Livery Theatre in Goderich and tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite or at the Livery box office.
