Police continue to investigate a fail to remain collision that occurred recently in Wingham.
On March 29 just before 6:30 p.m., a 14-year-old Wingham boy was riding his bicycle with three friends when a vehicle struck his bike, knocking the boy to the ground. The suspect vehicle sped off and was later located at a Wingham residence, where it was discovered the vehicle had been stolen.
The boy was taken to hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries. The suspect vehicle is a 2016 grey four-door Hyundai Sonata, and a picture can be seen above.
Police are looking for the male driver and female passenger. The male is described as white, possibly in his 20s, long shaggy brown hair, scruffy facial hair and wearing a grey hoody and sunglasses. The female is described as white, possibly in her 20's with long brown hair and wearing sunglasses.
