Three suspects face charges following a police investigation into a shoplifting incident in Listowel.
Witnesses provided police with a description of an SUV that left a business in North Perth after an alleged theft Tuesday afternoon.
The SUV was located a short distance away, and a man and two women were arrested.
The 35-year-old Brockton man was charged with Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000, and fail to comply with a probation order. He had outstanding warrants with Saugeen Shores Police Service and was transported to Port Elgin.
A 29-year-old female from Arran-Elderslie was charged with theft under $5,000- shoplifting, and possession property obtained by crime under $5,000. And a 47-year-old Brockton woman was charged with possession property obtained by crime under $5,000.
All three are to appear in court in Stratford on June 3 to answer to the charges.
