Highway 10 northbound and southbound, between Main Street and Road 110 in the Markdale area has been reopened to traffic by the OPP following a crash.
Grey Bruce OPP are investigating the serious two-vehicle crash on Highway 10 between a car and a motorcycle.
The driver of the motorcycle has been transported by air ambulance to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
