Officers responded last night to the crash on Highway 10 south of Markdale between a car and a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle was airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
The roadway is now open, and police would like any witnesses to contact Grey Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
