(BlackburnNews.com file photo)The Fire Chief for North Huron says they don't know the cause of a fire that destroyed a home in Auburn on Friday. But Marty Bedard says the fire is not considered suspicious.
Bedard says the building was engulfed in flames when fire fighters arrived on the scene and was completely destroyed. He estimates the damage at about $300,000 dollars.
Bedard adds, no one was home at the time so there were no injuries.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
