Health Canada recalls Joe Fresh baby sun hats

If you recently bought a baby sun hat from Joe Fresh, you might want to take it back to the store.

Health Canada has recalled the hats because of a choking hazard. The loop fastener may detach.

The hats for baby boys and girls aged 0-12 months and 12-24 months come in a variety of styles and colours.

Health Canada recommends parents stop using the hats and take them back for a full refund.

They were sold at Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstore, Shoppers Drug Mart, Zehrs, Wholesale Club, Valu-Mart, and Fortinos in Ontario, and by some independent stores not under the Loblaws Banner between January 2019 and June 2019.

Health Canada has reported no injuries says Canadians can report health and safety concerns by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
