Work on the 8th Street Bridge will affect traffic and bus routes in downtown Owen Sound.
The rehabilitation project means 8th Street will be closed from 2nd Avenue East to 2nd Avenue West until Friday, August 23.
Two bus routes will be rerouted as a result of this closure.
The core reroute will begin at the intersection on 2nd Avenue West to 9th Street East. East on 9th Street East to 3rd Avenue East, then south on 3rd Avenue East.
The core reroute will end at 3rd Avenue East as it will continue with the normal route. The Brooke reroute will begin at the intersection on 3rd Avenue East to 10th Street East. West on 10th Street East to 1st Avenue East.
The Brooke reroute will end at 1st Avenue East as it will continue with the normal route. This will impact four bus stops.
