That means above-average temperatures, along with above-average precipitation. Winter in this part of Ontario will be followed by a warmer than normal spring, followed by a Summer that is hot, but wet. Fall of next year is expected to by a little warmer and dryer than usual.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
