A Wingham man has been charged with indecent exposure.
Perth County OPP began an investigation over two weeks ago into an incident in the Millbank area, after receiving reports that the driver of a vehicle had exposed himself to members of the community, including young people.
Through an investigation, the vehicle and driver were identified.
58-year-old Paul Hopper of Wingham was arrested Monday and charged with Indecent Exposure. He was held for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice Stratford.
Police encourage parents to have regular conversations with their children about personal safety.
