A pedestrian struck by an SUV in Stratford was rushed to Stratford General Hospital and then transferred to Victoria Hospital in London.
Members of Stratford police, firefighters and Perth County Paramedic Services were called to Erie Street at St. David Street at around 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
A 16-year-old male was struck by a white Cadillac Escalade being driven by a 75-year-old man.
Police said witnesses saw a teen run into the street.
The victim is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
