Saugeen Shores Police Services has set some procedures in place to ensure the safety of everyone in the community due to the pandemic.
There has been no disruption in service but the department is planning for contingencies that may impact response to non-emergent calls for service.
People calling dispatch services will be asked to go through a screening process regarding COVID-19 health risks.
Members of the public should avoid attending the Saugeen Shores Police Service headquarters unless absolutely necessary. The doors will remain open.
