Perth County OPP officers are looking to speak with the driver or passenger of a vehicle that approached a child in the Municipality of North Perth last weekend.
At approximately 8 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2020, Perth County OPP received a report of a suspicious vehicle on Line 91, east of Palmerston. A child was near the roadway when a blue car pulled onto the shoulder approximately four feet away. The child heard someone speaking and they ran away from the vehicle.
The vehicle is believed to be a dark blue mid 90s Honda Prelude or similar, with a fin on the back.
The Perth County OPP would like to speak with the driver or passenger of the vehicle. Both occupants are in their early 20s with dark hair.
Description of Driver - Caucasian female, early 20's with black long hair in a ponytail (no bangs); Description of Passenger- Caucasian male, early 20's with dark hair (longer at the back), wearing a dark baseball cap backward.
