Hydro One crews are scattered across the region this morning working to restore power to clusters of customers.
Some of the larger outages include areas near Fordwich in Huron County. There are also outages near Glammis and Tara in Bruce County. And in Grey County there are outages north of Owen Sound and east of the city near Walter's Falls.
Most of the outages are due to high winds and trees on lines. One outage near Benmiller was caused by a motor vehicle accident according to the Hydro One outage map, and power in that area has since been restored.
Restoration times range through the early morning.
Crews are also on stand by for more possible outages due to strong winds in the area.
