COVID-19 Assessment Centre in Stratford is moving

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is moving the COVID-19 Assessment Centre at the Stratford General Hospital to the Stratford Rotary Complex.

The move will be effective Monday, November 2.

In a release, President and CEO Andrew Williams said they are "pleased to be relocating our Assessment Centre to the Rotary Complex ahead of this year's colder weather."

The hours of operation will remain the same: 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

If you are a resident of Huron or Perth and think you may have COVID-19 or have been exposed to it, you are urged to use the Virtual Assessment Model including completing the province's online assessment.

If you are referred to the Alliance's Assessment Centre, you are urged to use the new online booking form where you can choose an appointment. You can also call 519-272-8210 ext. 2747 for an appointment. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
