The Town of St. Marys and its Business Economic Support and Recovery Task Force are trying to help local businesses survive the COVID-19 crisis.
A new grant program aims to reduce the burden on local businesses, by offering up to $3,000 to help businesses facing financial challenges related to the pandemic.
A news release says the program is available to any business in St. Marys that can demonstrate negative financial impacts due to COVID-19. The funding must be used to help alleviate these impacts.
The deadline to submit an application is Friday, November 27, 2020. Successful applicants will be notified on or before Tuesday, December 1, 2020. Grant funds will be provided during the first week of December.
