Three were identified in Kincardine, two in Arran-Elderslie, and one each in Hanover, Grey Highlands, West Grey and Southgate.
There is also a probable case associated with Macpahil Memorial Elementary School in Flesherton and the health unit has contacted all staff and students that have had close contact.
There are 52 active cases in Huron and Perth and 52 active cases in Wellington County.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
