Construction on a new facility for Green's Meat Market in Wingham is expected to wrap up this spring.
A fire the night of June 24th, 2020, devastated the building, and forced the company to relocate their retail outlet to Lucknow while they rebuild.
Spokesperson Shelby Green says community support has been incredible.
"We've seen lot of community members going over there (to Lucknow) to support us still. There have been a lot of businesses around here that have been calling and lending help whenever they possibly can. It's been truly amazing to see everyone helping out," said Green.
The outside walls are up and work on the interior continues, including plumbing and electrical.
"It's crazy just seeing in the past week, getting the interior walls up and everything falling into place, and just looking exactly how we designed it," she continued.
"Obviously having your family business burn down is not the best thing to happen in 2020, along with everything else, but it's been absolutely incredible to see the help from our employees, and (contractor) Mike Mulvey, and the supporting businesses. It's crazy now to see how far that we've come in just six months," she concluded.
