Highway 21 was closed Tuesday and Thursday while the arches were put in place.
Crews were just finishing up on Friday, but the highway is now open.
The three-year project is still behind schedule, so there's no date at this time as to when the temporary bridge will be dismantled and traffic will again be moving over the new, original bridge.
