Grey-Bruce Ontario Health Team looking for Community Council Advisors

The Grey-Bruce Ontario Health Team is now seeking volunteers to join its Community Council.

The Grey Bruce Ontario Health Team Collaboration Council submitted the Grey Bruce Ontario Health Team full application to the Ministry of Health on December 11th, 2020, and now need volunteers to become Community Council Advisors. In the official release from the Grey-Bruce OHT, they state the Community Council will be made up of "patient, client, resident, family and caregiver advisors who play an integral role in the development and ongoing structure of Ontario Health Teams."

If anyone that lives within the Grey-Bruce region or has received care in the region wishes to join the Community Council, there will be a Community Council Information Session held on March 24th from 6-7 p.m. via Zoom. To submit an expression of interest, please visit: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Community_Council.
