Perth County OPP have confirmed that a person seriously injured at a construction site in Perth East is improving in hospital.
On March 30th just after 10 a.m., Perth County OPP officers and Perth County Paramedic Services responded to an address on Line 52 in Perth East after it was reported that a person was injured. The person was airlifted by Ornge Air Ambulance with life-threatening injuries. Police confirmed in a release on March 31st that the injured 24-year-old's condition has improved, and their status has been upgraded from life-threatening to non-life threatening. The Ministry of Labour was notified and is assisting police with the investigation.
