Huron County OPP remain on-scene at a collision between a motorcycle and SUV.
At 12:34 this afternoon (May 19th), officers along with Huron County Paramedic Services and local firefighters responded to the crash scene on Bayfield Road (Huron County #13) near Forest Ridge Road. The driver of the motorcycle was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries and the passenger on the motorcycle, a child, was taken by ORNGE air ambulance to hospital with undetermined injuries. Police are investigating what caused the crash.
Bayfield Road (Huron County #13) is currently closed between Highway 21 and Orchard Line. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to contact Huron County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
