**CORRECTION: The headline of this story initially indicated this collision involved a fatality, which did not occur as a result of this crash. UPDATED as of 9:04 a.m., November 18th, 2021**

South Bruce OPP are investigating a fail-to-remain collision in the municipality of Kincardine.

On November 15th, close to noon, police received a report of a 2 vehicle collision along Bruce County Road 23. Officers arrived to find that one of the involved vehicles had allegedly left the scene.

Police say a burgundy Dodge pick-up truck skidding along Bruce County Road 23 collided with a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction causing significant damage. The pick-up truck then entered the ditch before continuing south bound along Bruce County Road 23.

A third vehicle was damaged in the same location. Reacting quickly to avoid a collision with the pick-up, the driver struck a roadway reflector causing minor damage.

The Burgundy pick-up truck is believed to have significant damage to the driver's side. Investigators are looking to speak with the driver to continue the collision investigation.

There were no injuries reported at the scene.

The South Bruce OPP is requesting anyone with information to call 1-888-310-1122.
