The crash happened on January 21st on Main Street West. Three store fronts were damaged.
61-year old Wieslaw Wozniak faces charges of careless driving and entering inaccurate or false information in a daily log.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
