Women's House Serving Bruce and Grey hosted a group of 25 people at their Volunteer & Donor Appreciation event Wednesday.
Women’s House shared a powerpoint presentation, celebrating the shelter Backyard Makeover that several of the donors and volunteers helped with, as well as a thank you to the sponsors that help with annual programming and services support at the emergency shelter.
The event at Dunsmore Park in Kincardine celebrated the contributions of donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
“Sponsor support is critical to meeting the demand, while maintaining and enhancing the level of service, that WHSBG is able to provide in our community. We know that our supporters, volunteers, business leaders and sponsors are investing in building a stronger community," said Michelle Lamont, Community & Fund Development Coordinator.
