Police say they continue to search for a man considered armed and dangerous on Manitoulin Island.
Ontario Provincial Police confirm they are looking for 39-year-old Luke Naokeegijig. He is described as 6'1 with long black hair, a mustache and brown eyes. The emergency alert earlier today said he could be wearing a camouflage sweater and black jeans.
The Wiikwemikong Board of Educators says a 'hold and secure' has been put in place for all schools on Manitoulin Island out of an "abundance of caution".

A Civil Emergency Alert has been issued for areas north of Midwestern Ontario.
Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a report of an Armed and Dangerous person in Wiikwemikong First Nation, which is located on Manitoulin Island.
OPP are asking the public at Wiikwemikong First Nation to shelter in place with doors and windows locked, and to immediately notify 9-1-1 of any suspicious persons or activities.
