Bruce Power named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People

Bruce Power has been named as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People for the 12th year in a row.

“We’re very proud to be able to offer young people great opportunities to begin in their careers and to be able to develop their skills and leadership,” said Cathy Sprague, Bruce Power’s Executive Vice-President, Human Resources. “We offer extensive training to all employees and we have a great workplace that fosters inclusivity and personal development.”

Canada’s Top Employers for Young People is an editorial competition that recognizes employers offering the nation’s best workplaces and programs for young people.

Companies are judged on the programs and initiatives they offer to attract and retain younger workers. These include benefits such as co-op or work study programs, and mentorship and training programs.
