Couples can sign up for the City of Owen Sound's "Say Yes" Wedding Event at City Hall on Valentine's Day. It's a chance for couples who want a simple wedding, or want to elope, to tie the knot.
Couples can book a wedding for one of the 45 minute time slots between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. The ceremony will include vows, an officiant, the ring exchange, décor, ten photos, flowers and 15 guests.
Image By Design Events & Floral Studio is taking over the City Hall atriums for Valentine’s Day to provide wedding décor and flowers for the special day.
Marriage ceremonies regularly performed at City Hall cost $150 for the marriage license and the wedding ceremony fee of $395.50.
The Just Say Yes one-day-only event is by appointment only, and is being held by the City of Owen Sound in conjunction with the Owen Sound River District.
