Provincial police in Wellington County have charged a Minto resident relating to an ongoing sexual assault investigation.
According to OPP the accused, a 59-year-old man, was charged on Wednesday with one count of sexual assault.
Few details about the incident have been provided however, investigators say the case is considered isolated as the accused is said to know the victim.
The man is scheduled to appear in a Guelph courtroom at a later date.
