The South Bruce OPP are asking the public to help them fill a cruiser to assist local food banks.
On Saturday, April 1, South Bruce OPP Auxiliary Officers will be posted up at four different locations to collect food donations.
Officers will be at Walkerton Foodland from 9:00 a.m. until 11 a.m. and Kaufman's Independent from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in Walkerton. All donations collected will be delivered to the Walkerton Food bank. Also, people can help fill a cruiser at Sobey's from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and No Frills from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in Kincardine. All donations collected will be delivered to the Kincardine Food bank.
Any donations of non-perishable food items would be appreciated with the upcoming Easter holiday around the corner.
