Grey Bruce OPP responded to a call on French Bay Road, just before 10 p.m. on April 25.
Police spoke to the victim and after searching the area, a suspect was located in a nearby home.
A 25-year old man was arrested without incident and charged with assault.
He has since been released and awaits a court date.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
