Charges have been laid following a cyclist getting hit by a vehicle in North Perth.
On June 28 at 7 p.m., Perth County OPP officers responded to a reported collision between a vehicle and a cyclist on Main Street East in Listowel.
Investigation determined the vehicle struck the cyclist, and the vehicle was at fault. The cyclist was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
As a result, a 41-year-old Listowel native has been charged with fail to yield to pedestrian on roadway.
The accused was issued a Provincial Notice for the offence.
