This Sunday is Kid's Day at the Clinton Raceway.
Marketing Manager Jessica Carnochan says it's an annual event and very popular with kids and their parents.
“We have free fun and activities all afternoon during live races for kids and families and it's a fund-raiser for the, North Huron Hockey Day we call it, it's a fund-raiser for the Mid-Huron Huskies as well as the Huron Heat, the female hockey organization," Carnochan said.
Carnochan says there's also a silent auction, some bouncers and balloon animals. Also, something new this year, as Carnochan says they have an open house.
“And new this year, we have an open house, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. So people can come and see what it's like behind the scenes on the race day. They can get tours of the paddock and they can meet some drivers, they get to drive an actual race horse around the track," Carnochan shared.
Carnochan says they'll also have a horse in a stall under the grand stand and people can get a free picture with the horse.
