Four teenagers all facing lengthy list of charges

Four Listowel teens are all looking over a lengthy list of multiple charges following a recent search warrant.

Perth County OPP and the Perth County Crime unit executed a warrant at a Davidson Avenue North, Listowel address on July 27 at 6:30 p.m.

Police found multiple items relating to recent break-and-enter thefts in Listowel, and four teens were arrested and charged at the scene.

A 14-year-old, 15-year-old and a 16-year-old, all residents of Listowel have been charged with:

-      Break, Enter a place - commit indictable offence (four counts)

-      Mischief Over $5,000 (eight counts)

Another 15-year-old resident of Listowel was charged with:  

-      Break, Enter a place - commit indictable offence (four counts)

The accused were all released from custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.

The youth's identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
