A Chatsworth resident has been charged with theft of an ATV after getting caught napping by Grey Bruce OPP.
On Sunday night, around 7 p.m. police responded to a call of an individual sleeping on an ATV. OPP say their investigation revealed the vehicle, a black 2012 Suzuki LXP, had been stolen from Perth County.
As a result, a 34-year-old individual of Chatsworth Township faces charges including possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, obstructing a peace officer and failing to comply with demand.
The accused have been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
