OPP divers recovered the body of a teenage boy near Owen Sound's West Side Pier after reports of a drowning on Tuesday.
Emergency services received the call around 2:20 p.m.
Upon arrival, police determined a 15-year-old boy was swimming with friends in the area and didn't resurface.
Personnel began a search of the area, but after several hours, they couldn't find the teen. Further assistance was requested from the OPP Dive Unit.
Divers found the teen's body shortly after 7 p.m.
Police said they will not be releasing further information at this time.
