Wellington Museum hosts Antique and Classic Car Show

The 47th Antique and Classic Car Show will roll into the grounds of the Wellington County Museum and Archives (WCMA) on Sunday, August 27.

The car show is the museum's longest running annual event, and will include awards, refreshments and entertainment. People are also welcome to bring their own food.

The show on the front lawn is open to the public from 1 – 4 p.m. Participants can start to register at 11 a.m.

It doesn't matter what vehicle you want to show off, with no restrictions on year or make. There is no cost to park or register – admission is by donation.

At 3:30 pm awards will be presented for three categories:

• Best in Show

• Best Finish

• Best Interior

The Doug Clayfield Trio will be entertaining the crowd, playing classic rock, country and blues hits for the duration of the event.
