Huron County OPP are investigating a break-and-enter theft at a rural residence.
On August 30 at 6:15 p.m., police were called about a break and enter to a rural residence on London Road in South Huron, south of Exeter. Officers arrived and the victims told investigators that unknown suspects entered the house through an upper bathroom window and ransacked numerous rooms.
The thieves are believed to have entered the home sometime between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. on August 30. A dark coloured pick-up was observed in the laneway by a witness at approximately 3:30 p.m.
