West Grey unveils ambitious three-year strategic plan for community growth

The Municipality of West Grey has greenlit its comprehensive 2024-2026 strategic plan, creating a roadmap for the next three years.

Mayor Kevin Eccles describes it as a blueprint designed to cultivate a vibrant, connected, and thriving community.

Structured around three core pillars - working together, building a better future, and promoting community - the plan offers a detailed and measurable framework, elevating transparency and accountability.

"This Strategic Plan mirrors our collective commitment to managing the municipality's growth responsibly," Mayor Eccles emphasized. "We've outlined goals prioritizing collaboration, responsible growth, and community well-being."

The plan's mission is to deliver exemplary services, oversee infrastructure, champion diversity, and spotlight West Grey's unique stories.
