On January 27 just after 1:30 p.m., officers responded to a collision in the area of Line 32 and Road 179 in the Municipality of West Perth.
Perth County Emergency Medical Services and West Perth Fire Services also responded alongside police. One person was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A 68-year-old from Mitchell was charged with an illegal turn that caused the crash.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
