Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a medical emergency just before 11 a.m. on Friday.
Three people were found unresponsive at a home on Concession 9, west of Arthur.
All three were transported to hospital, where a 28-year-old from South Bruce Peninsula was pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
