Another Guns and Hoses hockey fundraiser in the region was a great success.
The Huron East Fire Department took on the Huron County OPP in a friendly game on Sunday, March 3. The game served as a fundraiser for Huron County Victim Services and volunteers were on hand to collect donations of cash and organize a silent auction.
The game had a great turnout and after a tough three periods, the "sharp shooting" Huron County OPP claimed victory with an 8-1 win over the "high pressure" of the Huron East Fire Department.
