A drug investigation by Wellington County OPP has resulted in charges against two individuals.
Back on February 20, the Wellington County OPP conducted a drug trafficking investigation and executed a search warrant at a residence on George Street in Arthur.
Investigators also executed a search warrant at an address on Pioneer Drive, Kitchener and at John Carpenter Way in North Dumfries.
As a result, a firearm was seized and two people were arrested and charged. A 28-year-old Wellington North native and a 31-year-old Kitchener native are both facing a lengthy list of drug related offences, including trafficking.
Both of the accused were held for bail hearings.
