Police say Andrew was last seen in town around 4 a.m. Thursday.
He is described as Caucasian, 5'10", with an average build and short dark hair.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black coat.

Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
